Be Mindful - Mental Health Foundation Campaign for Mindfulness   Be mindful is a campaign being run by the Mental Health Foundation launched in early 2010. The campaign aims to raise awareness about the benefits of mindfulness for those experiencing mental health issues. 

Breathworks   offers mindfulness-based approaches to living well with chronic pain, illness or stress of any kind. Breathworks also designs mindfulness-based courses and training for schools, health care professionals and businesses to promote and maintain well-being amongst pupils, families, patients, clients, staff and management.

Centre For Mindfulness Research And Practice   Bangor University's Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice is committed to the promotion of wellbeing through the application of mindfulness-based approaches.
